Existing as the major employers in a cosmopolitan zone with around 43,500 employees, WXYZ Co. is regarded to have many influences on the transportation within the locality. The importance of this report is to investigate the traffic flow manner of the workforce of the company as well as employee attitudes with an effort to seek potential answers that will cut down such impact. The data gathered from new employee assessments will be the foundation of the entire state. At the end of it all, the report will give the possible way out after total scrutiny on how motorway overcrowdings emanating from the corporations workforces transportation behaviors can be dealt with once and for all. It should also be known that the road transport is utilized by a lot of people within that live around the WXYZ Company and so by the many employees possessing and hence driving their cars to work will always lead to traffic snarl-ups.

Figure1 above is the bar graph which indicates the percentage of the employee that never carpool as contrasted by the workforce that carpools.

Figure 2 is a graph that shows that partial workforce utilizes freely available transportation means. However, 12,053, that is around 40%, never before used public transportation means.

Figure 3 above illustrates that should public transportation be made safer, a good number of the workforce would utilize it as a means of transport.

The pie chart in figure four above indicates that almost all of the workforce does not go for telecommunication as an option.

Explanations

The primary solution lies within the capacity of persuading the workforce to carpool. When employees accept this answer, this will mean well for the company as it will cut down the number of vehicles driven on a daily basis. At the moment, only 24% of the workforce use public transport with the remaining 66% employees driving to work every day (He, Zheng, Song & Zhu, 2017). The company should think in the line of giving incentives to the workforce that use public transport as a way of motivating those (Fiat et al., 2017). The bonus to be given to such employees should go hand in hand with the distance computed by the respective employees.

Another solution will entail escalating the number of the workforce that carpool. As at now, 55% of the workforce utilize public transport daily. Even if this indicates a large number, it could also be more substantial. The company should discuss reasonable prices for weekly passes and good highways to benefit its employees, as with such considerations, all employees will go for public transport utilization.

Ms. Suarez, therefore, I am confident that the two solutions above can be put into consideration as a provisional measure while the company still works towards telecommunication as the long-lasting solution. Even if the workforce number that considers telecommunicating as the only mean is below the bar, the number can go even higher should employees be educated on the importance of telecommunicating.

Based on the employee survey, it is seen that by far, the majority of employees either never carpool or carpool every day as compared to the occupational participation (Fiat et al., 2017). The same pattern holds true for public transportation. Also, most workers travel between four and twenty miles to the place of work each way, and over half could telecommunicate at least occasionally if the option of public transportation is made available as well as be conducive. Based on the data collected, it is worth mentioning that public transportation lines should be dedicated for employees between four and twenty miles.

One way to reduce traffic jams to encourage individuals to share transport or utilize public means of transportation. A considerable number of WXYZ Company employees use their private cars while reporting to work and also when going home after work making it difficult for other road users to be transported conveniently. Many accidents also occur as a result of traffics, and by the company encouraging its employees to carpool, this will mean fewer accidents and safer road usage (He, Zheng, Song & Zhu, 2017). Travelling far may inconvenience employees especially those who are used to private transportation, this is a challenge when it comes to the company convincing such employees to consider carpooling. However, if the company thinks in the line of rewarding the employees who carpool in accordance to the distance, many others who go by private cars will be convinced, and so they will want to consider public transportation.

Many vehicles on the road also cause noise pollution which makes human settlement as well as those of other organisms difficult. It is highly recommended that the company talk to its workforce in a more understandable way for them to consider public transport if they want to cut down on the number of vehicles available on the road every working day. Telecommunication is the best solution which the company can utilize to meet the expectations of the city and county transportation system. As it stands, many workers in the company use the private transportation system and have not thought of carpooling as a mean of transport based on its apparent shortcomings that keep inconveniencing the users who opt for it. More still, some employees believe that use of public transportation means is for the low-class individuals and they will never want to utilize it (Wang, Cao, Lin & Chao, 2017). However, by rewarding the lesser percentage who use public transport, this will act as the incentive to attract other employees to think of public transportation as the primary mean.

Ms. Suarez the CEO, kindly make a meeting with the company stakeholders as well as employees to reach a permanent solution that will see every road user enjoying transportation as the company and private cars utilized by employees are congested on the road causing traffics every day when employees report to work. The company can also buy few vehicles that carry many passengers to drive their employees for free both to and fro the work. It is believed that many people will always want to go for transportation means that are free to save as much as they want and by the company giving such offers the number of vehicles used by employees will reduce making it safer for the residents (Wang, Cao, Lin & Chao, 2017). City and county officials should also offer to give necessary education to locals who own their cars always to utilize public transport, especially when going far or reporting to their respective places of work. Only carpooling will act as the permanent solution to the problem afflicting the company.
