Short problem description
Several findings have indicated that emerging industry do have a significant influence on the environment. The worst hit industries are manufacturing and military, however, so far there lacks comprehensive research indicating the involvement of hotels in various environmental plans. The research narrows down to the H10 hotel, which already has an environmental plan awaiting implementation. However, it is not eligible from the records how much have been allocated to cater for the environmental plan. It is also not clear whether the financial analysis is in correspondence with the environmental plan given that the allocation could be blind by lack of strategy or logistics.
The aim
The purpose of the research project is to comprehensively evaluate whether the hotel finance analysis corresponds with the desired environmental plan.
Problem Statement
Establishing bottlenecks limiting H10 Hotel financial position in meeting the specified environmental plan

Introduction:
Lack of a sufficient financial liquidity or possible absent of financial provision cripples genuine initiatives to equip a desirable environmental plans. The research takes control given business leaders understand the importance of catering for the environment. Establishing a perfect organizational structure involves developing policies guiding stakeholder towards employee management. However, most business leaders face significant problems in trying to meet financial profitability and environmental expectations.
The nature and relevance of the research
The research is appropriate because the hotel is currently facing a problem of the extent of financial provision that should be allocated towards to the new environmental plan. As well, the research remains relevant given its benevolent initiative towards establishing a well defined knowledge field
The research design The research applies experimental research design, where the KPIs are converted to strategic dependent variables. The conversion allows an easier approach towards converting data into creative numerical findings that can be easily manipulated for the purpose and growth of the research.
Possible limitations and restraints
The research relies predominantly on KPIs to provide relevant data towards the initiative. As such, the research requires a perfect conversion mechanism where data is easily converted and treated in accordance to the expected initiative. This is a major limitation because the dependent variables come from two primary classes.
The structure of the reportThe research has one primary section, and two secondary sections. The secondary sections are the introduction and conclusion.
The introduction provides a silver line entrance to the research, providing the research design to be used, possible limitations, and the structure of the research.
The main section has three secondary sections, they include, a theoretical framework, a research methodology, results and findings and discussions. Each section is intercreatively twined.
The theoretical framework invites scholarly opinion of other researchers, investigating the useful of hotels participating in environmental consciousness, as well as the applicability of financial provisions towards offsetting environmental plans. The section will direct its argument more on the interrelationship of the program and policies towards financial position.
The research methodology provides a justified research strategy. The proposed research strategy is experimental research design, where both independent and dependent variables are established. The research plans to convert the Key Performance Indicators into working research variables. As such, it will be easier to equate data to numerical volumes, hence enabling a stable statistical intervention.
The results and findings interpret the results of the research design. The goal of results and findings is to interpret data through financial reports, and descriptive statistics. The financial calculations delve on the financial analysis for the KPIs, based on the report from the Hotel five year financial reporting.
The discussion section validates this research findings, as well provides the rationale of the research seconded by findings from other researchers
The secondary section conclusion provides a thinking point, on the purpose of this research, more so, showing whether the researcher field intervention yielded any creative academic results. A rationale will be provided, this time, justifying the purpose of entire research.

PROBLEM DEFINITION
The problem orientationIn constructing the problem orientation approach, the researcher visualized the interests of each stakeholder hence came up with the integrative plan building approach. The integrative plan building approach saw the research focus on the environment plan, focuses on growth and integration of each stakeholder, as specified below.
Table 1: Definition of StepsStepsExisting Definition Goals KPIs
PlanningThe plan entails a decision making criteria out development of a natural environmental, political, social, economic and governance factors. The plan should provide a holistic framework that allows achieving sustainable and working outcomes.
The plan should allow the hotel to get involved in sustainable communities; themed at conserving and protecting undeveloped land.
The plan should resources towards social and economic development of the neighboring societies, natural resources involved in the integrated land use, developing infrastructure systems, as well as governance frameworks. Focusing on GrowthResponding to the plan initiative should correspond to the financial obligations of the hotel The financial should enable the organization to focus on growth by financing an active environmental management plan.
During growth, the hotel figures out areas that need active funding on environmental management, hence significant resources are directed towards such initiatives. IntegrationThe plan should be free and easily to integrate considering the nature of the business systems that the hotel maintains The implementation team should Cond...
