It also focuses on defining the conceptual issues and then presents the way they need to govern through internet governance.

Information from this article is credible information because the internet forms a huge part of us hence the need to govern it. The weakness of this article is that it focuses on the effectiveness of governance of the web but does not explain the high challenges of the major point the address.in comparison with other articles the article is specific and more precise on the topic. I am not aware of sources contradicting it however nothing this is useful than others at defines internet governance. Views about the quad impressed me since it has changed my perceptions regarding the elites in society and their interests.
