The foundation of this basketball team is teamwork, trust, and hard work. Each team member should work hard to make sure we succeed in all our games. Everyone should put their full efforts to ensuring that we emerge victorious among our competitors. At the same time we all team members should work with each other to ensure we all win. A united team will always emerge victoriously; teamwork should always be shown on the training day and even in the game itself. All team members should work each other to bring us the trophy through the season. Finally, we should build trust amongst ourselves as members. Each team member has to trust each other and the coach to avoid contrasting ideas during game time. Trustworthiness will let the team score well and win against competitors. These founding principles are to be adhered by all teammates and the coach at all time. They are the building principles of the team at all times and should be put in practice at all times. Any team member who is not ready to follow these principles during training and the game is not ready to play basketball. All team members are equal and will be treated so by the coach and the team captain. There will be no one will enjoy special treatment at any given time. Teamwork, trust, and hard work will help the coach build a strong team that is unbreakable.

Organization Principle

The goal of the organization principles is to improve the team's performance and become successful in all games. It focuses on the training practice and virtues that the team members to perform well in the coming season. All teammates must be focused on the price; all their efforts should be geared towards attaining the best score out of each game we play. The coach should be accorded utmost respect at all times. Organization of the team will be based on merit, effort, and discipline.

Strength generation; channeling strength to the right muscles in basketball is very crucial. Mastering the technique to produce adequate power for basketballers will be exercised during workouts. This is through lifting weights, jogging and running; no one needs strong muscles in playing basketball, instead the important thing is flexibility that produces the right power during the game.

Conditioning and movement; in basketball, there is a need for the players to be able to condition and control their movement at all times. The coach will guide the team in performing an exercise that involves sprinting, defensive slides, change direction drills and short targeting. This is to build a team that understands the techniques to condition their movement and prevents injuries during game time.

Pitch-based activities; these activities will involve speed control and tackling activities. All players will be involved in sprintin0g, target shooting of the ball, tackling, blocking and ball passing. These are to help players maintain their course and keep focus on the game at all times through coordination and organization

Exercise intensity; the exercise is geared towards attaining results that conform to the requirements of a good basketball player. A lot of effort will be put towards gaining speed and control sliding techniques. The intensity of exercise will focus on speed building, movement condition and sprinting with resting breaks in between the exercises. The exercise should take at least five hours per day.

Timing period; the timing of training and exercise will be according to the season's schedule. However, the team has mandatory training sessions which will be twice every week with holiday breaks at every quarter of the year of one week. This will go with resting days as the coach sees fit for the team. This is to prevent overtraining which might lead to dropping off the team's performance.

Performance assessment; after every activity, there is needed to evaluate the progress and assess the performance of the team. This will be done through friendly matches every month to know what improvements will be needed by the team to emerge victorious in competitive matches. All team members are supposed to put into action all that they have been trained without holding back their energy. This is an assessment program that is aimed at rating the performance before a pre-season match. The actual performance test will be during the season matches where the team's performance will be rated against other teams.

All in all, teamwork, trust, and hard work will help the coach build a strong team that is unbreakable. All team members are urged to follow all the conditioning principles to attain the best in the basketball competitions. These conditioning activities are aimed at building successful athletes in the basketball sport. It is not only for the success of the team but also an ingredient in building each team members' career.
