The company, in a bid to maintain a steady growth pattern, is seen to have had some implementations done in its ways of operation to ensure that it comes up with services that would be geared towards the satisfaction of the customers needs. By satisfying the customers needs, the firm looks forward to increasing its profit margin significantly as such would imply it is subscribed to by many people.
Firstly, it is true to assert that the Singapore airline is one a company that has a strategy of ensuring proper catering of the health needs of the people in the next decade. Reports from the companys journals have proven that the company is improving on most of its operation and such it does to ensure that the services it offers to the people within the flights are one that would be safe to these people. The airline is ensuring that most of the services such as the food that is served to the customers traveling are screened and this is one way with which it guarantees safe or rather better health care to the people that are involved in its operations within the next decade.
Notably, some of these strategies that the company is seen to be having could be said to have been associated with its network growth. This is so because the company is looking forward to having the customers satisfied and thus would result in more of them coming back for more of their services. The end result would be the companys net profit increased significantly and thus we could say that the companys strategic plan of having a shift in some of its operation mode is a plan to increase the speed of its network growth.
That aside, regarding or rather pertaining the staffing of the nurses, the company is looking forward to having its customers subjected to checkups to ensure that they are safe during their travel. The company has a plan in store to have some of its nurses given the responsibility of taking care of the patients before they travel and those that would be there to ensure that the passengers are responded to in case of emergency during the travel. Also, there are those that will be responsible for ensuring that the food served is in a good state as such is important in the determining of the health condition of the people that are traveling. This way, the company shall have had its strategies of ensuring customer satisfaction implemented effectively and efficiently.
Another important area that the Singapore airline has dealt with to ensure satisfaction of the customers wants is the management of resources. It is reported that the company has had most of its investments in the activities that would see the passengers have a successful and comfortable journey (Nadiri & Tanova, 2016). Such the company aims at doing by improving the already existing services using the resources that are already available. This will enable the company to maximize the profit while at the same time using cost-effective means to achieve this goal.

The company is seen to have a number of plans that involve the modification of the current services it offers into ones that will see the needs of the customers catered for efficiently. The health of the passengers is part of their responsibility and failure to consider this would imply a reduction of their profit margins significantly. It is evident that by employing the strategies at hand, the company shall have had network growth as well as proper management of the staff and finally improved performance which would, in turn, imply increased profits.
