The current organizational world is constantly varying in many ways. Whether it is technical or industrial change is existent and preordained. Company establishments are not exempted from change. As a matter of fact, company systems require developmental changes with the society and world in order to be effective. Organizations need to continuously integrate change so as to create an economically competitive advantage and meet the satisfaction of their customers (Hull 2013). Organizations implement change so as to pick up from their difficulties and develop. However, organizational change is not usually achieved overnight, It needs to be assumed through various steps and planned effectively as discussed below;

Engagement this refers to is a property of the association between a business organization and its workers. An "engaged organization" is defined as a union that is completely engrossed by and passionate about the products and service offered to its customers. Any engaged organization has a constructive attitude towards its customers and employees. It is centered on trust, reliability, two-way assurance as well as communication between an organization and its affiliates.

Assessment; this is a methodical practice for finding effective information regarding organizational performance and the influences that affect its performance. It focuses on assisting an organization to better comprehend those productions that are facilitating effective performances or encumbering effective production.

Planning; refers to the practice of pinpointing the objectives of an organization and formulating particular tactics to attain them. It involves recruitment of skilled personnel and allocation of resources; it is one of the significant duties of an organized team.

Intervention refers to carefully planned activities which assist a team, or organization to either attain its objectives or resolve a problem. Interventions help a company to become more adaptable and effective. The main objective of interventions is to improve organizational performance and productivity through a sequence of planned team actions that emphasis on what workforces do and in what manner they do it.

Evaluation this refers to a process of determining whether a given organizational change is valuable. Program evolution involves checking on the efficiency and effectiveness of a program serving a large number of clients

Termination refers to an end of the professional organization employee-client association. It may be intentional on the employee's side, or it might be at the hands of a client, usually in form of a layoff.

Follow- up this refers to an established system that allows a training organizational team to locate and connect with company trainees at particular stages. On every occasion, a change is done it is usually good to follow-up subsequently and assess in what manner is the change is functioning and if the change delivers the objectives that were envisioned.
