Philanthropy in Education is an important tool that private organizations such as Rockefeller can contribute to the eradication of poverty and ignorance in the community. Private organizations contribution to education can help identify talented children from marginalized communities and ethnic groups and sponsor their education. The private sector care for education because it is an important approach to establishing a vibrant and competitive economy. A good leader is an individual who can set the pace for others and also establish a winning culture with creative expectations that can drive other people to work towards something better.

2. Flipping the question

Educators can initiate a partnership by offering to cooperate with the business organization in which they can understand the needs of business organizations and create education programs that meet the needs of business organizations. Despite proper preparation and education skills imparted on graduates by educators they previously did not match the business organization needs. Hence, the need for cooperation and sharing of information through placing of students in their respective fields that they are best suited in and linking them to their future potential industries in time which helps them learn the trends in the industry and requirements in such industries. This approach and partnership can work very well in a flexible environment and the presence of supportive teachers and business organizations. Teaching students to work as a team is an effective approach to establishing such a system. Students should be introduced in their respective industries and professions earlier and taught to work together as the case in the industry. Also, educators should seek information on industrial requirements from organizations and create a teaching curriculum that puts preference on the industrial requirements.

3. Reforming Myanmar higher education through partnerships

In Myanmar, after many years of totalitarian rule, the education system became significantly depreciated because the students were allowed to learn only what the government allowed. However, after the introduction of a democratic system in the country there is the need for education reform which will assist the institution to create better curricula and education content to spur political and economic reforms in the entire country. Through the partnership with foreign universities such as the Central European University Myanmar institution lecturers can attend workshops and training in western institutions of high learning after which they can go and introduce reforms in Myanmar institutions. Focus areas include; administration, development of new education content, digitalization of education and research. Through partnerships, the institutions in Myanmar can build capacity and improve the standards of high education.

4. The internalization of higher education

The key issue in the internationalization of higher education is the possible partnerships and sharing of global resources to establish international solutions for the existing challenges faced in education. Tony Blair also addresses the place of technology in the development of education and improvement of research. Online databases play a key role in the establishment of better information sharing avenues which can lead to intercultural sharing and understanding around the world. A country can benefit immensely in partnerships because they bring about sharing of resources and the students can also access high-level education that can transform the education system by learning from Britain and also the economy at large. However, such partnerships are faced with challenges such as cultural and technology barriers as well as the difference in country needs of education.
