With mobile devices such as pc, smart phones one can connect better and enhance their interaction with customers. A pc can send group emails and group messages more accessible in a short period hence one can get in touch with many customers. Mobile devices are advantageous because they are not human to have mood swings, get tired, poor performance or keep smiling to impress customers. One can have his/her app where he/she sells commodities. It will be available all the time, and the customers can access all they need quickly. Around 2.6 billion of people possess high-powered devices that are reachable at their hands all the time giving business people to have a significant target for their commodities. (Brooks, C. 2014). Mobile devices improve customer service. Mobile apps cultivate customer loyalty. Out there in the market, there are a lot of noises, billboards, advertisements hence the customer might not concentrate on the products but when you display them in the application, it will be easy for the customer to see and it makes you closer to your customer increasing loyalty. Mobile devices enhance customer engagement. It is so easy to communicate with the customer and address all their issues through messaging using the applications.

Due to advancement in technology of mobile devices, people can now access their account quicker. It is better than walking all the way to banks and ATMs, make long queues and even sometimes getting poor services. Nowadays one can just make their dealings wherever they are with mobile banking apps. Mobile applications save time, therefore, can make transactions anytime they need to. Mobile devices boost operations in that the products on apps will be paid online before the delivery is done, therefore, increase online purchases. There are apps that one can link with bank account hence making it easy to monitor the report and doing operations. (Crabtree-Keeler, C. 2015).

Boosts Revenue

When customers are satisfied with their needs and served well, it typically increases sales too. Actually, according to research, seventy percent of purchase experiences are determined by how the customers get treated. The more people become interested and pleased with your products and business the more demand you will have. With high demand, it forces the business person to work hard to deliver the products demanded. In doing so he/she will make sales, and that boosts the revenue. In mobile apps, the business is subject to a more substantial number of customers since many people have access to mobile devices. With apps, the customer gets all the information he/she needs and has a chance to choose the variety of the products. (Howell, D. 2012). By the time a customer buys the product, he/she would have been satisfied entirely and just wait for the product delivery.

Mobile devices help in navigation of products in that; one only organizes transportation when a customer buys a product. Mobile business people dont have to incur more expenses like those goods, but when it is done in an app, they only get charged for the delivery of the product. People that have not mobilized their business in the transportation of goods and operate offline have to incur transportation costs and also paying the rental fee of storing the product, but on apps, such tax is not applicable. It is easier to move products with mobile devices since the customer would have specified the exact product and its descriptions making delivery easier. (Paulsen, C. 2012).
