Every homeowner in the united states is likely to purchase a home with a fire sprinkler installed as they know the advantage. The system is not precaution but further, comes in handy the moment fire arises. Various benefits come with water sprinkler system once installed in the building.

The water mist system offers advantages as compared to other fire suppression system. Water mist is environmentally friendly as the system is safe for people and the environment. The suppression agent, in this case, is pure water mist that is entirely harmless to individuals and the environment. The sys has an immediate activation ability, and sprinklers can activate as the ambient temperatures reach its threshold temperature. The spray head system can be activated the moment the fire is detected and hence early suppression of any fire (Liu & Kim,2001).There is the reduction of risk especially from falling debris since fire can be put off efficiently. When the fire happen to get out of control, it does not spread as fast and this gives a chance to firefighters to contain the fire in a much safer environment. The mist water system is economical in utilizing water quantities(Myree, 2008). The water usage is reduced significantly since it can use a maximum of 15 gallons every minute as compared to the firefighter that approximately use 250 gallons each minute. As such, it provides superior performance about other residential sprinklers provided that they use minimal water that is not dependent on main water supply and hence making it usable in remote areas. The system also has economic benefits whereby insurance complies provide home insurance discounts to house with this system since they have reduced risk something that shows the reliability of the system (Myree, 2008).The water mist system and water spray system are pragmatic since they widen the coverage radius as compared to traditional system and hence put out fire much faster. The water mist system is further designed in a manner that high temperatures and low humidity optimize the cooling effects and thus enhancing performance during a fire which is essential since time is of the essence when the explosion occurs. Nowadays, houses have been built using synthetic fabrics and once this material burns, they release toxic gases that are deadly and individuals in the house are likely to succumb to smoke inhalation faster(Liu & Kim,2001).

The water mist fire suppression system is not expensive as compared to other methods such as the use of fire extinguishers. There is always guaranteed of water supply and therefore operating without delay as compared to those that rely on main water supply. Furthermore, the structural reliability of water mist sprinklers makes them more suitable as fire suppression system. They have narrow tubing, small water tanks, and discrete sprinkler and spray heads. About the advantages that water sprinkler system, the system is designed for the different precise pattern to conform to the dimensional nature of the hazard. For example, the nozzles of the sprinkler are designed for the hazard patterns such as oval or triangle (Mawhinney & Back III, 2016).

There is, therefore, a necessity to install this system or ensure that water sprinkler system is already installed while buying any given house. This is because fire can cause significant harm to a family and response time could determine life or death or the prevention of a severe injury
