In this assignment, I argue against the negative fast foods and the health risks associated with customer perception and frequency of consuming the negative fast food. For instance, negative fast food such as Pizza, Burger King Whopper, Spanish omelet bagel, French fries, and hamburgers cause health hazards to consumers. The health risks are analyzed against the consumer perception and the frequency of consumption. Consequently, the adoption of the fast food has been the preference of many busy and working-class consumers with a corporate goal of the suppliers being to enhance the geographical accessibility of the chain to the targeted customers. However, the health risk awareness has not yielded much regarding emancipating consumers to reduce the quantity intake of negative fast foods thus fueling the growth of the business.
Medical research agencies recommend that low intake of negative fast food may help in reducing the health risks they have on consumers. Additionally, research indicates that high and frequent consumption of negative fast foods results into cardiovascular diseases which may eventually lead to death. Nonetheless, negative fast food has overtaken whole grain foods and thus easier to obtain on a busy schedule thereby causing more devastating effects on health.
The freedom of frequent consumptions and the preferences of consumers against health risk hazards. Most consumers argue that the increasing fast-moving society has graduated into fast food consumption due to factors such as lifestyle and values attached to it. They argue that fast food is not a new idea since it has been in existence since time immemorial. Moreover, lives have today imposed various variables on lifestyle. Society has developed lots of habits which controls the way of life. The fast lifestyle controls the majority of the society at work and in our homes, and this impacts the way we relate to the situations. As a result, those who in a hurry have no time to settle for lunch with their families due to time factor the sedentary life is a complete difference as it is regarded as a productive lifestyle. Poor health supervision in some countries has opened a loop way for the companies who are taking advantage of the supervision to sell poor fast foods to consumers.
Medical researchers, on the other hand, state that fast food contributes to massive health hazards which would then cause havoc on the consumers. For instance, a study carried by (Ashakiran & Deepthi R.) recorded that obesity accounted for thirty thousand deaths in us alone. Intensive research on junk foods and fast food has identified the relationship between the fast food restaurants and located in the area and the obesity rates. Further research by the (Al-Saad) stated that although the additives make the fast food delicious, high calories and fat contents are subjecting consumers to cardiovascular diseases that could result in deaths.
Although the concept of relationship has galvanized the millennials, healthy and nutritious foods have been replaced by junk foods. Both consumers and the medics hold different opinions concerning fast foods. Nonetheless, restaurant owners continue with the booming business as they serve huge numbers of customers across all age groups. There is however sufficient research-based statistical evidence to equate the negative fast foods with global increased health risks
