The communication norms are especially important in enabling the management to be aware of what is going on in their staff ranks. There is increased collaboration with other professionals in pursuit of best outcomes for patients. However, nurses face limitations in their career from lack of funding for advanced education. The health and social care sector faces several challenges. One challenge is policy making that is inefficient in developing effective outcomes regarding health and social care. Another challenge in the health and social care setting is increased cost of health care that is limiting people of low and middle income from certain essential services.
