Case study III involves evaluation and examination of the process of the shared powers among the federal and executive, legislative branches. It entails the separation of powers through the lines that offer the division of governments response to a given branches that focus on practicing center elements. The case study desires to keep the joining of the constraints as a way of balancing and adjusting the organization. The customary portrayals of the branches powers in conjunction with the American government include; The executive that is obliged to completing and controlling the general society approach made and to enhance a subsidized administrative branch. On the other hand, the regulatory department is accountable for setting up the laws of the state and making it appropriate and vitalize the lawmaking body. Lastly, the legitimate branch in charge of the process of interpreting the constitution is set to apply the explanations to offer a discourse before it.

According to California State Statutes, the state delineates this approach through authorization of the powers of the government both official and legal. Additionally, the working of American government officials depicts that no notoriety frameworks do exist by level out a unit of forces or any non-appearance of the division of forces. Among the branches of the government, there exists an appropriate measure of contention and strife. According to the case study, the Congress is comprised of representatives from each State. On the other hand, it is depicted that the US Senate is composed of precisely two Congresspersons from every state who serve for six years. The house of representatives consists of 435 members. It is also said that a State populace is responsible for deciding the number of agents that a State should hold. For instance, Delaware State has only one representative while California State comprises of 53 representatives. The States delegates are entitled to serving for two years then their term is terminated.

The House of Congress, the house of representatives, the delegates and the president have unique roles in their State. For instance, in 2012, President Obama had to draw a trick after there were misunderstandings between US and Afghanistan. However, Obama avoided Congressional oversight through restriction of proper understanding. Also, President Obama hurriedly asked the US military to shield the Libyan citizens from the forces of Muammar Gaddafi. The congress was not consulted thus the outcome made him regret what happened later. Therefore, it was revealed that President Obama settled the presidents power to mediate the military for all-purpose that he wanted them to do without the consent of the members of the house of Congress.

On the other hand, the most noticeable worse incident as per Webb is that the Congress does not make a dissent wail. During the post 9/11, the prospects spent too much time on scrutinizing the political privileges of the president while little time was spent on making discussions in the Senate. The pioneers thus banished the Libyan-related enactment. According to Webb (2013), a large number of different regions where the powers vanished through disintegration made some individuals from Congress not to value the power that they used to hold. Therefore, the case study has outlined the mistakes that happened in the United States during Obamas era and his house of representatives.
